Job summary

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is seeking a Store Manager for our busy Redhill store in the fashion retail sector. You will lead by example on the shop floor, drive sales, and develop your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

We welcome experienced Store Managers, Deputy Managers or strong Assistant Managers; fashion experience is preferred but not essential if you have a solid high street retail background. 40-hour week with option for 32 hours pro-rata.

Store Manager | Redhill | Fashion Retail | £30,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Are you an experienced retail manager looking for a new challenge?

We're looking for a confident and commercially minded Store Manager to take the lead in a busy Redhill store. You'll be responsible for driving sales, developing your team and making sure the store delivers a great customer experience.

This is a hands-on management role where you'll be visible on the shop floor, leading by example and creating a positive environment for your team. You'll have ownership of your store's performance, working closely with the wider management team to identify opportunities and drive results.

We're open to experienced Store Managers, Deputy Managers or strong Assistant Managers who are ready to take the next step. Fashion experience would be ideal, but isn't essential if you have a strong high street retail background.
