Job Details

• Location: High Street, Prestatyn
• Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Hours: 38.75 hours per week
• Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum DOE, 25% colleague discount, 28 days annual leave pro rata

About the Role

As our Retail Store Manager, you'll lead the store's daily operations, build a high-performing team, and act as a brand ambassador. You'll be supported by your Regional Manager and will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring health and safety compliance. You'll also undertake training to become a Health & Wellness specialist, with qualifications accredited to Level 2 and Level 3.
