Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Store Manager for Northwich Kingsmead SC to drive store performance, customer satisfaction, and team excellence. You will own sales, profitability, and people development, ensuring Costa’s service standards are met daily.

The role focuses on delivering strong NPS, managing operations, and leading a motivated team in a busy retail environment. Salary is up to £37,000 per annum with incentives and comprehensive perks.
