B&Q York is hiring a Trading Team Manager to lead a high performing team in-store, delivering commercial outcomes and excellent customer experiences. You will coach colleagues, manage stock and promotions, and drive availability to ensure every customer counts.

The role is based on site at York, with a permanent contract and flexible hours (full time, part time, or job share) and a competitive benefits package including a pension and bonus scheme.

Up to £33,500 per annum (Inclusive of £0.27p per hour, store specific location allowance) + Bonus + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday

What's the job?

A great team needs a great leader and your role as a Trading Team Manager is to create a truly inclusive high performing team to deliver an exceptional service for our customers in store. In this role you will:

• Drive commercial delivery of the core trading sales floor, leading end-to-end stock management, range change and promotions.
• Conduct regular commercial reviews using sales data, loyalty insights, and customer feedback.
• Support colleagues to build deep product knowledge and meaningful customer interactions to make every customer count
