We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our beautiful bridal store in Northampton. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of everything—from inspiring your team and managing daily operations to driving commercial success and ensuring every bride has a seamless, magical experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading, developing, and motivating a high-performing team
• Delivering best-in-class customer service and ensuring an exceptional journey for every bride
• Ensuring the store is compliant with health & safety, GDPR, and all company policies
• Driving commercial performance by analysing KPIs and using insights to lead your team to success
• Monitoring personal and team KPIs, engaging the team to meet and exceed targets
• Ensuring every customer journey is personal, joyful, and aligned with our high service standards
• Ensuring all customer data is captured accurately and in line with our E-CRM strategy
• Overseeing stock control, quality, and presentation throughout the store
• Overseeing all store finances: cash handling, banking, petty cash, and till systems

£32,240 / annum (Full-Time Equivalent, based on 40 hours per week) plus commission
