Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Leeds is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy team at The Springs Retail Park. You will drive exceptional customer experiences, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure stock, merchandising, and health and safety standards are maintained.

The role is permanent, 38.75 hours per week, with a salary up to £31,900 per year, plus a monthly bonus and a range of wellbeing and development benefits for colleagues.

What you'll be doing

• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained across the store.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver success across the wider region.
