What you’ll be doing:

1. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store.
2. You’ll lead and manage a small team of 4-6 staff members.
3. You’ll motivate your team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
4. You’ll offer honest advice, build rapport with customers, and help them make informed choices.
5. You will work up to 45 hours per week, with any extra hours paid or taken as time off in lieu.

What you’ll need - skills and experience:

1. Proven experience leading a small team.
2. Managerial experience in retail or field sales, preferably in a hard goods environment.
3. Experience in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
4. Ability to motivate your team effectively.
5. Practical knowledge of our product range is preferred.
6. You should be confident, enthusiastic, and driven.
7. Commitment to personal and team development.
8. Strong skills in accuracy, numeracy, and basic computer literacy.
9. A strong desire to succeed both individually and as a team leader.
