Store Manager | Luxury Retail | £50,000 - £60,000

Zachary Daniels is pleased to be partnering with a leading luxury brand in Manchester who are looking to recruit a fantastic leader who has the ability to deliver an unrivalled luxury experience with clients and customers.

As a Store Manager you will be responsible for a high performing team and will be required to develop them and support the team to progress to be the best location in Manchester!

This is a unique opportunity to bring your expertise from luxury retail environment or a high service location such as a car showroom, retail store, luxury hotel and restaurant to a business that knows the importance of the perfect customer experience. As our new Store Manager in this amazing retail store, the successful candidate will step into a role where you will drive performance, lead large teams, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a world-class environment.

The Role As a Store Manager

Deliver commercial success by driving sales, managing costs, and maximising profitability

Ensure a customer-first culture, creating outstanding shopping experiences every day

Lead and inspire a large, diverse team across multiple departments within a flagship store

Lead and coach your managers and sales ambassadors to achieve high performance

What You'll Bring As a Store Manager

Senior leadership experience in premium or luxury retail environments

Strong commercial skills with a track record of driving sales and profit

Experience in retail, high value sales or hospitality
