Our Role

As a Store Manager, you will be fully accountable for all operational and commercial activities in your store, providing clear leadership to establish a high-performance team that drives sales, achieves KPIs, and delivers exceptional customer service.

You will embody our PRIDE values—being Passionate, Inspiring, and Resourceful—while demonstrating a proven track record of maximising sales and profitability in a fast-paced, commercially driven retail environment. As an Imaginative and Dedicated Manager, you will coach and develop your team to reach their potential and showcase your knowledge and passion for The White Company.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the customer experience as part of The White Company's multi-channel strategy.
  • Maximise contribution by achieving sales targets and controlling costs.
  • Manage store expenses without compromising store objectives.
  • Oversee staff training content and frequency to develop and motivate the team, ensuring high levels of customer service and performance.
  • Manage the performance and development of the management team.
  • Ensure store presentation, including cleanliness, visual display, and merchandising, reflects the brand standards.
  • Provide feedback and insights on product performance and development to relevant departments.
