Evans Cycles is seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager in Manchester to lead a team of cycling enthusiasts and drive sales growth. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage stock, and ensure a safe, inviting shopping environment for every guest.

You will oversee merchandising, staff development, performance, and engagement, with a strong focus on achieving targets, building loyalty, and promoting cycling as a healthy lifestyle in our community.

• Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in cycling or outdoor sports.

Job Description

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of cycling enthusiasts to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer enjoys a positive and memorable shopping experience by providing expert advice and assistance.
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive and well-organized store layout that showcases our products effectively.
• Sales and Performance: Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Training and Development: Continuously train and develop your team's product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff by following health and safety guidelines.
