Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in cycling or outdoor sports.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with excellent communication.
• Sales-driven mindset with track record of achieving targets and flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of cycling enthusiasts to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and expert product advice.
• Oversee stock levels, stocktakes, and maintain accurate inventory records.
