A luxury Italian brand is seeking a Store Manager for their Knightsbridge showroom. This role involves leading a skilled team, ensuring excellent customer service, and developing strategies to achieve commercial objectives. The successful candidate will have a proven sales background and management experience, fostering a high-performance culture within the store.
The successful candidate will be skilled at operating in a dynamic retail environment and will take full responsibility for the smooth running of the store, achieving commercial objectives, and leading a small, high-performing team.
They will uphold the highest standards of presentation and customer service, with a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
Develop and implement business strategies to increase brand visibility, drive footfall, and improve profitability
Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service and satisfaction
Design and sell kitchens, wardrobes, and complex furniture systems from the in-house collection
Lead by example, setting standards and driving a high-performance culture
Motivate and mentor the sales team to meet or exceed targets
Prepare project proposals, quotations, and pricing using approved software, including Vectorworks or similar tools
Maintain excellent store conditions, including merchandising and cleanliness
Report on sales trends, forecasts, and commercial opportunities in the pipeline
Ensure all activities are compliant with internal policies and operational procedures
Monitor stock levels and showroom inventory, reporting as necessary
Conduct team performance reviews and identify training or development needs
Attend internal meetings, training sessions, and participate in trade events, exhibitions, or marketing initiatives as required
Oversee the execution of orders and project installations to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Manage customer communications regarding payments, outstanding balances, and dispute resolution
Conduct site visits when required to liaise with technical staff and ensure accurate delivery
Ensure completion and sign-off of installation reports and project handovers
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, determined, self-motivated, organised, a natural problem-solver, and comfortable taking on challenges.
Prior management experience is essential, along with the ability to support and develop a close-knit team to meet performance goals with a proven sales record above £1m in personal annual sales.
£60k salary with a fantastic commission structure.
