Location: Selsdon

Salary: £53,500 to £68,895 per annum

Role: Permanent – Full-Time

Ideal Candidate

• Experience as a Store Manager or Leader in fast-paced Retail or Hospitality environments
• Results-driven with a passion for high standards and customer service
• Attention to detail, understanding of procedures, and ability to give clear instructions
• Willingness to travel within a 45-minute radius of your home and nearby stores
• Proactive, solution-focused, and capable of prioritising, delegating, and developing a team
