A NEW OPPORTUNITY is now available for a Concession Manager based in Harrods, Knightsbridge. Ideally you would have over 1 yrs+ experience selling from a PREMIUM / LUXURY WRTW background.

Our client is renowned for their modern and on trend ready-to-wear and accessory designs which have been worn by fashion forward and high-profile clients. Rooted in Italian design heritage, it blends timeless aesthetics with current trends to create wardrobe staples that empower and inspire.

The Concession Manager will report to the UK Retail Manager and is responsible for coaching and leading the sales team to success including offering admin support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for styling and the brand, lead by example as well as being a trustworthy point of contact for the team.

The Role:

• Reporting to the UK Retail Manager.
• Managing a team of 4 Sales Associates.
• Meets personal and store sales goals.
• Delivering knowledge on clientelling and CRM functions.
• Focus on delivering the ultimate of client experience and building rapport with clients.
• Assists in the training and development of sales staff.
• Responsible for Health & Safety and maintenance of the store.
• Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise.
• Maintains a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends.
• Ensure the selling floor is neat, always organised and reflects the brand image.
• Ensures deliveries are properly processed in a timely manner.
• Effectively relays any client feedback regarding successes and/or opportunities about product.
• 1yrs + experience as a Concession Manager or Assistant Store Manager within a fashion premium / luxury environment.
• Experience managing and leading a team of 3 + staff.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about fashion.
• Uses own initiative with the ability to be reliable to the sales team.
• Dynamic interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude to clients and colleagues.
• Casual / Smart and well-groomed in appearance.
• Sales driven and determined to succeed.
• Able to build positive relationships with clients and team members.

Additional to the basic salary is:

• Bonus: is awarded based on the additional revenue generated and the engineer hours worked.
