You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return will receive a guaranteed salary of £33,500 + performance-related bonuses.

Ideal Candidate

This is an exciting opportunity for a successful and ambitious Store Manager to join a renowned international retail brand. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated high performance in their current role and possess a balanced mix of managerial and technical skills to drive store performance.

Previous experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment is essential. You should be able to problem-solve, think quickly, and be a people person. The role requires planning and coordinating resources, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Activities

1. Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service
2. Lead by example in promoting and recommending shoe care products, demonstrating confidence in selling and possessing excellent product knowledge
3. Stock management
4. Analyze and interpret sales performance data and reports
5. Make recommendations to improve sales performance based on data analysis and customer insights
6. Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained, including merchandising and administration
7. Achieve all KPIs and meet company standards
8. Recruit and train the team
