Job summary

Iceland Foods Ltd. is seeking a Store Manager to run a busy store and lead a team with hands-on authority. You’ll drive operational standards, customer service, and sales performance while upholding our values and ethics.

In some locations, online home delivery and digital operations experience would be valuable, and you’ll be expected to motivate staff to deliver excellent results every day.

As a Store Manager, you will have full accountability for running your own store and leading a team. This is a very hands-on role, where you will be responsible for spinning a lot of plates in order to drive operational standards and deliver sales. In addition to this, many of our stores offer an online home delivery service and experience of managing a high-volume digital operation would be an advantage.

You will need to be hard working, proactive and be able to instil our values into your team and store.
