Job summary

Iceland Foods Ltd. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy store, delivering excellent customer service and sales performance. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, supervising a team and ensuring adherence to standards.

The role may involve coordinating online home delivery where applicable and maintaining strong store operations. You will need to be hands-on, proactive and capable of embedding our values while driving a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail

As a Store Manager, you will have full accountability for running your own store and leading a team. This is a very hands-on role, where you will be responsible for spinning a lot of plates in order to drive operational standards and deliver sales. In addition to this, many of our stores offer an online home delivery service and experience of managing a high-volume digital operation would be an advantage.

You will need to be hard working, proactive and be able to instil our values into your team and store.
