We are a retail footwear retailer with stores in town centres, retail parks, and online, offering affordable, high-quality footwear for the whole family, with free next-day delivery. We operate from 280 stores and employ around 2,200 staff across the UK.

Our store portfolio includes 91 town centre stores, 144 hybrid town centre stores, and 43 larger retail park stores, stocking brands like Skechers, Hush Puppies, and Kickers. Our online platform, shoezone.com, complements our physical stores, providing a full multi-channel shopping experience.

Annually, we sell approximately 14.5 million pairs of shoes at an average retail price of £13.

The Role

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of your store. You will lead from the front, focusing on maximizing sales, exceeding targets, controlling costs, delivering excellent customer service, and motivating your team.
