Bloom Juice Co. delivers a range of great tasting blends, juices and bowls to power our customers through the day, with a great range of salads, baguettes and our bakery options giving something delicious for everyone.

Bloom are looking for an established QSR professional to join our team as Store Manager for our Leeds Bond Street store.

Duties and Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Preparing drinks and managing the team to make them to specification
• Maintaining the store to above EHO expectations
• Ensuring the quality of products are at their highest, conducting regular quality checks
• Replenishment of products including stock take and ordering & budgeting
• Excellent menu knowledge and a thorough knowledge and understanding of allergens
• Daily and weekly checklists completed
• Great customer service
• Building partnerships with local businesses to expand the reach of BLOOM
• Arrange and organise events in-store and externally to increase sales
• Be responsible to hitting and exceeding the store revenue targets
• Responsible for recruitment of Team Members

Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 per week
Salary: £13/ph
