Base salary of £26,000, with the potential to earn up to £34,000 with On Target Earnings. The Role - Store Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our retail team. You will play a significant role in helping us achieve our vision, moving our business forward, by setting an example for the team to engage, inspire, and advise customers to find the best sleep solutions for them.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Managing all aspects of the retail store, ensuring operational, financial, and brand standards are maintained.
2. Ensuring adequate staffing, resources, and products; driving sales; controlling costs; and protecting profit. Leading by example to meet sales targets, coaching your team, and motivating them on business objectives.
3. Using our SleepPRO technology to assist customers in selecting the right mattress, providing advice on sleep wellness, and building rapport.
4. Guiding customers through the sales process, completing order paperwork and credit agreements (full training provided).

You will work closely with your team to deliver an outstanding in-store experience. We offer extensive product training, ongoing coaching, and support to help you succeed, progress, and build a rewarding career.

In return, we offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped individual commission paid monthly once sales targets are met.

On target earnings are approximately £34, with unlimited earning potential beyond that!

Our busiest times include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. You will be expected to cover some of these shifts, but we value work-life balance and will not require you to work all of them.

Due to the nature of our products, the role involves moving products and performing some cleaning tasks to maintain store standards.
