Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Epping is recruiting a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive store performance.

You'll coach colleagues through our Qualified to Advise training, manage sales and payroll, ensure stock availability and health and safety standards, and collaborate with regional peers to share best practices and deliver broader success.

Salary: Up to £30,500 per annum (depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day.
• Build a culture of learning and wellbeing by coaching colleagues and helping them become trusted health and wellness experts through our Qualified to Advise training which you will also undergo.
• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained across the store.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver success across the wider region.

• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Commercial awareness and confidence managing performance, budgets and business priorities.
