Venue Manager – High Wycombe

Take the lead with the UK’s market-leading adult gaming company as a Venue Manager in High Wycombe! We're looking for a dynamic, flexible leader ready to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive performance. You will be responsible for both our Tanning and Gaming income streams within our High Wycombe venue and will be expected to drive profitability for both Admiral and Kwik Tan!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results.
• Drive venue performance, meeting and exceeding targets.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance and safety standards.
• Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for customers.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and development.
