Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join a growing team within the luxury beauty industry. This role is integral to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple functions, requiring an all-rounder experienced in e-commerce and comfortable with multi-tasking.

The position involves overseeing business operations, stock forecasting, retail partner management, product registrations, and other areas as needed. You will collaborate with stakeholders internationally, including in the U.S., UK, and UAE, while expanding your professional network.

The ideal candidate will have experience in small businesses, demonstrating adaptability and proactive problem-solving across operations, HR, recruitment, marketing, customer service, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipments from manufacturers to warehouses, focusing on operational aspects rather than complex logistics.
• Manage purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoicing.
• Forecast demand and monitor stock levels to ensure operational continuity.
• Handle retailer and product registrations across countries, ensuring compliance (e.g., UAE regulations).
• Support Shopify back-end management, including product listings and website performance monitoring.
• Assist with recruitment and HR processes.
• Liaise with and onboard new retailers, managing documentation.
• Oversee Amazon Seller Central operations for UK and US markets.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Social Media teams, including responding to comments or escalations when needed.
• Address customer service issues when necessary, supported by a dedicated team.
• Ensure smooth accounts and finance operations related to retail orders.
• Support international product registration compliance.
• If experienced, oversee EDI platforms for order processing.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Operational experience in small to medium e-commerce businesses, especially in beauty, skincare, personal care, wellness, or luxury retail.
• Comfortable in dynamic, multi-departmental roles.
• Hands-on Shopify experience is essential.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with EDI platforms is desirable.
• Klaviyo knowledge is beneficial but not required.
• Experience onboarding retail partners and managing purchase orders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Versatile, capable of stepping into HR, recruitment, customer service, or marketing roles as needed.
• Immediate availability or up to one month’s notice preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to £45,000 per year (flexible for the right candidate).
