Cotswold Outdoor Ltd. in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team, drive performance and deliver outstanding customer service. The role is hands-on and requires 37.5 hours per week, with the leadership shaping daily operations and the customer journey.

What you’ll be doing
