Cotswold Outdoor Group is seeking a Store Manager in Hemel Hempstead to lead a team, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive store performance. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage deliveries and cash handling, and ensure a welcoming, well-presented store environment.

You’ll recruit and develop staff, coach leaders on best practices, and partner with senior teams to shape growth. If you thrive on hands-on leadership and a strong customer focus, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

As Store Manager, you’ll run the store, lead the team and make sure every customer has a great experience. Each week you’ll:
