McCarthy Recruitment is seeking a Store Manager for a premium lifestyle retailer in Harrogate. You will lead from the front, develop your team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and store standards. The role is permanent full-time (37.5 hours per week), with part-time hours considered.

Location: Harrogate

Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum

Role: Permanent - Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

• A confident and natural retail leader with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Previous experience working within a customer-focused retail environment is essential.
• A current Store Manager or experienced Assistant/Deputy Manager ready to take the next step.
• Commercially minded with the ability to drive sales, profitability and excellent customer service.
• A proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys working autonomously.
• Passionate about coaching, developing and inspiring people to be their very best.
• Creative, enthusiastic and always looking for ways to improve the customer experience.
