Job summary

Pod Talent is supporting a rapidly expanding furniture brand in London to recruit a Store Manager for a flagship Westfield White City store. This role focuses on leading a sales-driven team, owning targets, and delivering exceptional customer service in a showroom setting.

You will manage a small team, drive sales performance, and work closely with the Retail and Store Operations teams to maintain high standards. Weekend work is required in a permanent role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Store Management experience, in a sales focused environment.
• Experience in a showroom environment is a bonus.
• Commercially minded with a track record of owning targets and driving results.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance and commercial ownership (conversion, AOV, targets)
• Lead sales assistants and key holders, develop skills through regular 1:1s
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming showroom
• Collaborate with Retail/Store Ops to share floor insights and raise standards

Store Manager - Westfield White City - Up to £38,000 + bonus

I am excited to be supporting a rapidly expanding furniture brand, who are looking for store based staff to support their growth across London!

If you have a strong customer service and sales work ethic, and love speaking with customers, I'd love to hear from you! This is a great opportunity to get stuck into a permanent role, managing a brand new flagship store opening.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales performance and commercial ownership (all aspects from conversion rates, AOV, and managing targets)
• Being a confident people leader, managing sales assistants and key holders, developing their skills and product knowledge from regular 1:1s
• Providing a great customer service experience, upholding a welcoming showroom
• Working closely with the Retail and Store Operations manager, contributing to insights from the floor to help improve overall standards

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of Store Management experience, in a sales focused environment (bonus points if you have experience in a showroom environment)
• Commercially minded, confidence with owning targets and driving results
• Strong people management and coaching skills
