We’re on the lookout for a passionate, driven and customer-focused Store Manager to lead one of our Calzedonia stores in London.

Your Role

Reporting to: District Manager & Country Manager

As Store Manager, you’ll oversee the full operations of your store, from team leadership and commercial performance to stock management and visual excellence. You’ll ensure every customer walks out inspired and returns for more.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Lead your team to meet/exceed daily and weekly sales targets
  • Be a product expert across all ONIVERSE brands
  • Provide an outstanding customer journey
  • Handle feedback, returns and customer concerns with confidence

Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation

  • Implement visual guidelines and maintain window displays
  • Ensure product presentation and cleanliness are top-notch

Stock Management

  • Optimize stock levels and handle orders efficiently
  • Manage internal transfers, deliveries and inventory integrity

People & Team Development

  • Motivate and lead by example
  • Conduct appraisals and coach team performance
  • Manage rotas, holidays and HR matters alongside the HR team

Admin & Commercial Analysis

  • Monitor KPIs, sales stats, and commercial trends
  • Collaborate with Visual & Events Coordinator on promotions
  • Ensure security, health & safety and financial procedures are followed
