Job summary

Welcome Break in Fleet Motorway Services is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume hybrid Chopstix & The Good Breakfast unit. You will oversee operations, ensure brand and food standards, and drive service quality for customers on the move.

You will manage and coach the team, develop Supervisors, and deliver strong results while progressing your leadership career with our support.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations.

Full-time role | Rewarding salary package up to £32,500 with £10 meal allowance on shift & annual bonus scheme

Ready to lead a fast-paced Chopstix/The Good Breakfast hybrid unit and create great experiences for both customers and teams?

As a Restaurant Manager at Welcome Break, you’ll take ownership of a high-volume Hybrid unit, leading your management team day to day and creating a warm, welcoming experience for customers on the move.

You’ll be responsible for running the units’ operations, overseeing everything from brand and food standards, food safety to service, people and performance. You’ll make sure the brand delivers to its promise, operates to the highest standards, and consistently meets customer expectations.

You’ll work closely with site leadership, develop and support Assistant Managers and Supervisors, and drive strong performance within your restaurant. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build great teams, manage standards and results, and continue to grow your leadership career with our support.
