Job summary

Specsavers Brighton London Road is seeking a Store Manager to lead our busy optical store. You will drive store performance, coach the team and ensure outstanding patient care while maintaining high service standards.

We offer a competitive salary (£35,000 dependent on optics and managerial experience) and a comprehensive benefits package. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week with weekend work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Specsavers experience preferred but Optical and Management experience is essential.
• Great communicator.
• Experience in managing teams.

Our store

Specsavers Brighton London Road is a busy, customer-focused optical store offering a wide range of eyecare and hearing services. Our team provides professional eye examinations, contact lens services, dispensing and fitting of spectacles, as well as hearing tests and hearing care. We’re committed to delivering excellent patient care, expert advice and a friendly, welcoming experience to every customer.
