Job Details
  • Location: Swan Centre, Eastleigh
  • Type: Permanent, Full-time
  • Hours: 38.75 hours per week
  • Salary: Up to £29,500 per annum DOE, 25% colleague discount, 28-days annual leave pro rata
About the Role

As our Retail Store Manager, you'll lead the store's daily operations, build a high-performing team through recruiting, coaching, and motivating, and act as a brand ambassador for Holland & Barrett. You'll be supported by your Regional Manager and will drive sales, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure health and safety compliance.

You will undergo training to become a Health & Wellness specialist, including qualifications that are accredited to Level 2 and Level 3.
