Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Derby store to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will manage and develop a high-performing team, maintain visual standards and control stock, payroll and budgets to support store profitability, while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager/Deputy Manager.
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, clothing, footwear, accessories or premium retail.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving KPIs.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Passion for customer service and customer experience.
• Commercial awareness and store profitability understanding.
• Visual merchandising and attention to detail.
• Experience managing stock, rotas, payroll and day-to-day operations.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving.
• Hands-on leadership with the front-line presence.

The Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store, leading your team to achieve sales targets, improve retail KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing retail team
• Driving sales growth and improving key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Delivering outstanding customer service and building customer loyalty
• Recruiting, training and retaining talented team membersCoaching colleagues to improve performance and reach their potential

About You

We're looking for a commercially strong Store Manager who can inspire a team, deliver results and create an excellent shopping experience.
