Zachary Daniels is recruiting a Store Manager for Bath. You will lead a fashion and lifestyle retail team, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service and store performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or experienced Assistant Store Manager/Deputy Manager.
• Experience within fashion, lifestyle, clothing, footwear or premium retail.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and retail KPIs.
• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing a team.
• Passion for customer service and delivering an excellent shopping experience.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to improve store profitability.
• Excellent visual merchandising skills and attention to detail.

• Hands-on approach with the confidence to lead from the front.

The Role

As Store Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the store.

You’ll be responsible for:
