Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Belfast is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Forestside Centre store. This permanent role is 38.75 hours per week, with a competitive salary depending on experience.

You’ll drive sales, manage stock and merchandising, coach colleagues through training, and ensure health and safety standards across the store while championing the use of technology to improve operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
