: Deichmann Shoes have an exciting opportunity to join our growing business – working as a Store Manager, supporting our store in Doncaster

Working as a Store Manager for Deichmann, you will be offered a competitive salary of £31,500 per annum plus commission and annual bonuses.

This is a full-time, permanent position, and you must be fully flexible to work across the week. Ideal candidate: This is a really exciting opportunity for a successful and ambitious Store Manager to join a successful, international retail brand. The candidate should have demonstrated high performance in their own store and possess a good mix of managerial and technical skills to drive performance.

You should have previous experience working as a Store Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume retail setting. You must be able to problem solve and think on your feet. Additionally, you should be a people person, capable of planning and coordinating resources, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Key activities:

• Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead by example in promoting and upselling products.
• Drafting rotas, in line with payroll budgets.
• Stock management.
• Analysis of sales figures & reports.
• Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained, e.g., merchandising, administration.
• Work towards targets and meet company KPIs.
• Assist with recruitment and development of the team.
