Job summary

B&M Colchester is seeking an ambitious Store Manager to drive performance and lead a busy team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll own the store, deliver outstanding customer experience, manage stock and KPIs, and schedule across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

We offer a supportive leadership team, store discounts and progression opportunities across our growing family of 780+ stores.
