Job summary

Oliver Bonas in Chichester is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store to success by boosting sales and motivating your team. You will report to the Area Manager, bring enthusiasm and positivity, and maximise sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Analyse a variety of reports to measure store and team performance.
• Work with KPIs to evaluate store performance and identify development areas.
• Provide excellent leadership and guidance to all team members.
• Conduct progress meetings and set SMART goals for staff.
• Communicate development or training needs to Area Manager and People Advisor.
• Deliver a great customer experience and ensure service expectations are met.
• Ensure exemplary customer service is delivered by the team at all times.
• Ensure team adheres to OB operational standards.
• Maintain approachable yet authoritative written and verbal communication in the Oliver Bonas tone.

We are looking for a Store Manager to join Team OB in our Chichester store. As a Store Manager, you will lead the store to success by boosting sales and motivating your team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will bring enthusiasm, positivity and joy by inspiring your customers and colleagues and maximising sales. This will be a flexible contract, meaning you will have a fixed number of hours you will work per week across a variety of days and shifts, and we are open to having conversations about working flexibly.
