FLANNELS Store Manager - Castleford

FLANNELS is a luxury fashion destination for men and women, hosting over 200 brands from established international designers to contemporary labels. We offer a blend of traditional and modern luxury lifestyles, emphasizing elegant simplicity in our stores and online.

We are seeking an exceptional, driven, and proven Store Manager to join our team at our new store in Castleford.

Responsibilities

1. Maximize turnover to exceed targets and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
2. Manage and motivate the team to meet and surpass sales targets.
3. Be present on the shop floor to drive sales personally and through the team.
4. Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
5. Equip the team with the tools and knowledge to achieve business objectives.
6. Manage seasonal stock presentation and merchandising according to Head Office directives.
7. Monitor current market trends, upcoming customer promotions, and local competitors.
8. Ensure accurate and efficient completion of all paperwork, policies, and procedures.
9. Drive and deliver KPIs.
10. Perform additional duties as necessary within your role's responsibilities.
