Job summary

Phase Eight is opening a new store at Leeds Designer Outlet and is seeking a talented Store Manager to lead the team. You will champion a 5* customer experience and drive commercial excellence to impact KPIs and sales.

This is a 24 month fixed-term opportunity. You will lead from the front on the shop floor, coach your team, and ensure exceptional service while maintaining store standards and fashion knowledge.

You will play a collaborative role in promoting a 5* customer experience and drive commercial excellence to impact KPIs and overall sales figures.

• Customer connection - being out on the shop floor, getting to know our customers, and sharing your style knowledge in an authentic way.
