Store Manager

Crown Paints is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team at our Crown Decorating Centre in Carlisle.

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays).

Salary and Benefits

Starting from £32,000 per annum plus bonus and excellent benefits.

Role Expectations

As Store Manager, you will support and guide our full-time and part-time Sales Assistants/Drivers to maximize profits by driving innovative sales of our decorative paints and sundry items. You will manage and motivate your team to provide a personalized customer experience from entry to exit.

Our Crown Decorating Centres (CDC) are central to our network of 147 stores, serving diverse customers from retail clients to builders and tradespeople. Your role includes identifying new customers, establishing relationships, and opening customer accounts.

Candidate Profile

We seek a commercially savvy leader with retail management experience, team leadership skills, and a consultative sales approach. You should be adept at improving store performance through sales and KPI reviews and identifying development areas.
