Job summary

A Beverley-based sports retailer is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage a high-performing team, optimise stock, and maintain visual standards while representing the brand on the shop floor.

The role rewards hands-on leadership, KPI achievement and a proactive, customer-focused approach. A strong background in fast-paced retail and a passion for sport are preferred for progression within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience as Store Manager, Retail Manager, Branch Manager, Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead, train and develop teams.

• Confident communicator who works well with customers and colleagues.

Are you an experienced Store Manager or Retail Manager looking for your next challenge? Do you have a passion for sports, customer service and leading a high-performing team?

We're recruiting for a Store Manager in Beverley for a successful and growing sports retailer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on manager to take ownership of a store, drive commercial performance and create an exceptional customer experience.

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, leading your team, driving sales and ensuring high standards across customer service, visual merchandising and operations.
