Job summary

Zachary Daniels is recruiting a Store Manager for a popular fashion and lifestyle store in Aldeburgh. You’ll lead the team, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service while upholding brand standards.

The role is permanent, 37.5 hours per week across 5 days over 7, including weekends, with a salary up to £34,000 depending on experience. Generous uniform allowance and 28 days holiday are included.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience, ideally at Store or Assistant Manager level.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach and develop a team.
• Commercial mindset with track record of driving sales and KPIs.
• Passion for customer service and positive shopping experience.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management.
• Hands-on approach and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

The role: Store Manager
