Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking an experienced Store Manager for its Airdrie franchise. You’ll take ownership of the store, team, stock and customer experience, driving sales and delivering great coffee and service.

You’ll lead a 40-hour week, manage costs, mentor staff and champion Costa standards. This role rewards passion, teamwork and growth, with opportunities to impact the local community and customer experiences.

• Creating the perfect space for customers to kick back with our coffee
• Drumming up fresh ideas that meet customers’ ever-changing wants and needs
• Taking ownership of all controllable costs through effective management of stock, labour, training, and reward and recognition
