Job summary

Domino's Glasgow store is seeking a Manager in Training to develop leadership and operational skills, with the aim of taking on a store leadership role. You will learn how to manage operations, lead a team, and deliver exceptional customer service in a busy environment.

You will be expected to lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure high standards are consistently met, with opportunities for progression and training supported by the franchise network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or managing people in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Motivational and confident in coaching others.
