This hands-on role provides support to develop the skills needed to run a store confidently and effectively. You will lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure high standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience leading or managing people is desirable.
• Motivational and confident in coaching others.
