Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead by example on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You will manage cash processes, stock integrity and inspire your colleagues to perform at their best, even in the absence of the Store Manager.

You will be responsible for creating a high-performing store team, delivering excellent customer service, monitoring KPIs and ensuring Health and Safety compliance, with a strong focus on development and support for your colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to monitor and improve KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Set a spectacular example for the store team and customers.
• Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Motivate and support your team, aligning with company values.
• Diligently check and process deliveries, manage till area, monitor KPIs.
• Provide excellent service and answer customer queries.
• Comply with Health and Safety laws and guidelines.
