Job summary

Lidl in the United Kingdom is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead on the shop floor and behind the scenes, stepping in when the Store Manager is away. You’ll manage cash processes, stock integrity and coach a team to deliver exceptional service.

You’ll take ownership, drive KPI performance and uphold Lidl standards, while supporting colleagues and maintaining a safe, compliant store. The role carries responsibility and the chance to demonstrate leadership across shifts.
