Under Armour is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a full-time role in the East Midlands. You will help lead daily store operations, coach a high-performing team and deliver results across sales and customer service.

You will drive payroll accuracy, staffing, merchandising, and loss prevention while supporting omnichannel campaigns and brand standards. This position offers growth within a global athletic brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience.
• Local language fluency; basic English helpful.
• Available for full-time hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability and store objectives.
• Recruit, hire and coach a high-performing team.
• Analyze daily sales trends for real-time decisions.
• Manage payroll and schedule adjustments for productivity.
• Direct merchandising to maintain brand standards and presentation.
• Support omni-channel efforts via apps and social campaigns.
• Lead areas like Talent, Visuals and Operations to gain cross-functional experience.
• Provide timely updates to Store Manager and escalate issues.
