Proven background in a telecoms, tech, or customer-focused retail/sales environment.
Confident leading from the front and coaching teams to smash sales targets.

Responsibilities

Welcoming customers into the store and setting a professional, customer-first environment.
Leading by example on the shop floor with tailored advice on plans, handsets, broadband and accessories.
Managing day-to-day operations to achieve commercial targets and high service standards.
Coaching and motivating team members to hit KPIs and grow product knowledge.
Overseeing the sales floor and supporting team members to drive performance.
Monitoring stock levels, processing deliveries, and merchandising in line with brand standards.
Handling transactions, returns, and escalations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Taking ownership of store presentation, compliance and cleanliness.
Reporting on sales figures and feeding insights to area managers.
