Nobody’s Child in Harrogate is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to lead a small in-store team with warmth, energy, and a commitment to sustainable fashion. You will champion our brand values, motivate colleagues, and deliver a memorable shopping experience rooted in kindness and responsible sourcing.

You will support the Store Manager to hit sales targets, manage openings/closings, coach new staff, and uphold visually engaging shop standards that reflect our eco-conscious mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and coach the team.

• Act as Duty Manager when required.
